TagLab Pro – Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using TagLab Pro at https://taglabpro.com ("TagLab Pro", "we", "us"). TagLab Pro is operated by Branislav Gregoric. By creating an account or using TagLab Pro, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use TagLab Pro.

1. What TagLab Pro is

TagLab Pro is a basketball video tagging and scouting tool for coaches. It works in your web browser and can be installed as an app on your computer.

Your game videos are never uploaded to us. They stay on your own computer. Only small data is saved online so you can use it on your account: teams, rosters, optional player photos and club logos, folders, game information, tags with timestamps, sets, playlists, settings and reports.

2. Your account

  • You can sign up with Google or with an email and password.
  • You must give correct information and keep your login details safe.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must create and manage the account for you.
  • Tell us right away at info@taglabpro.com if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Free trial

  • Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with all features.
  • No payment card is needed for the trial.
  • When the trial ends, your account is locked until you choose a paid plan. While locked, you cannot tag, add new games or edit data.
  • We never delete your data because a trial ended. While your account is locked, you can still open and export your existing reports.

4. Plans and prices

We only offer yearly plans:

  • Coach: $149 per year, for 1 coach.
  • Club: $499 per year, for up to 5 coaches who can share teams and games.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes or bank fees may be added where they apply. We may change prices in the future. A price change never affects a year you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your next year.

5. Payment

  • You can pay through our payment provider or by invoice (bank transfer).
  • When you pay by invoice, we activate your plan after we receive the payment.
  • A plan runs for 1 year from the day it is activated.
  • Before your year ends, we will remind you to renew. If you do not renew, your account is locked in the same way as after the trial. Your data is kept and you can still view and export existing reports.

6. Refunds

Because you can try every feature free for 14 days before paying, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If something is wrong with your payment (for example, you were charged twice), contact info@taglabpro.com and we will fix it.

7. Your content and your responsibility

  • Everything you create in TagLab Pro (tags, rosters, notes, reports and other data) belongs to you. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to you and your team so the service works.
  • You are responsible for the videos you open in TagLab Pro and for the data you enter.
  • Player photos and personal data: if you add photos, names or other information about players, you are responsible for having permission to do so. For players under 18, this means permission from a parent or guardian, or from the club where it has that right.
  • Do not upload anything illegal, offensive, or anything you do not have the right to use.

8. Fair use

You agree not to:

  • share your login with people outside your plan (Coach = 1 coach, Club = up to 5 coaches);
  • try to break, overload, hack or copy TagLab Pro;
  • resell TagLab Pro or use it to build a competing product;
  • use TagLab Pro for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where possible we will warn you first and let you export your reports.

9. Club plans

On a Club plan, the account owner can invite up to 5 coaches (including themselves) by email. Invited coaches can see and work on the shared teams and games. The club account owner decides who is invited and can remove coaches at any time.

10. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep TagLab Pro running well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a big change that affects paid features, we will tell you in advance.

Because your videos stay on your computer, please keep your own copies of your videos. We recommend exporting important reports regularly.

11. Limitation of liability

TagLab Pro is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law:

  • we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost games, lost income or lost opportunities;
  • our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be removed.

12. Deleting your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing info@taglabpro.com from your account email. We delete your online data within 30 days. Please export your reports first, because deleted data cannot be recovered. Your videos are on your computer and are not affected.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using TagLab Pro after that, you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live. We will always try to solve any problem with you directly and in a friendly way first.
