TagLab Pro – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data TagLab Pro (https://taglabpro.com) collects, why, and what your rights are. TagLab Pro is operated by Branislav Gregoric ("we", "us"). Questions? Email info@taglabpro.com.

1. The short version

  • Your videos are never uploaded. They stay on your own computer.
  • We store only the small data the app needs: your account, teams, tags and reports.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising.
  • You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

2. What we collect

Account data

  • Your name and email address.
  • If you sign in with Google: your name, email and profile picture from Google. We never see your Google password.
  • Your plan, trial dates and payment status.

Data you create in the app

  • Teams, rosters (player names, numbers, positions and similar).
  • Optional player photos and club logos you choose to add.
  • Folders, game information, tags with timestamps, sets, playlists, settings and reports.

Payment data

  • If you pay by invoice: your name, club name (if any), billing details and payment records.
  • If you pay through our payment provider: the provider handles your card details. We do not see or store your full card number.

Technical data

  • Basic technical logs (such as date and time of access, browser type and error messages) needed to keep the service secure and working.

What we do NOT collect

  • Your game videos. They are opened from your computer and never leave it.
  • No advertising tracking.

3. Why we use your data

  • To create and run your account and sign you in.
  • To save and sync your teams, tags and reports so you can use them.
  • To let coaches on a Club plan share teams and games.
  • To manage your trial, plan and payments.
  • To answer your questions and send important messages about your account (for example, trial ending, renewal reminders, changes to these policies).
  • To keep TagLab Pro secure and fix problems.

We use your data only because we need it to provide the service you asked for, to meet legal duties (such as keeping payment records), or for our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe and working.

4. Where your data is stored

Your online data is stored with our hosting and database providers. They store it for us under our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes. Your data may be stored on servers in different countries. We choose providers that use good security practices, such as encrypted connections.

5. Sharing

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not share it with advertisers.
  • We share data only with:

- our hosting and database providers, to run the service;

- our payment provider, if you pay by card;

- Google, only for sign-in, if you choose "Sign in with Google";

- coaches you invite to your Club plan (they see shared teams and games);

- authorities, only if the law requires it.

6. Player data uploaded by coaches

Coaches may add player names, numbers, photos and other details. For this data, the coach (or their club) decides what is added and is responsible for having permission from the players, or from parents or guardians for players under 18. We store this data only to provide the service to that coach or club.

If you are a player (or a parent) and want your data removed, please contact the coach or club first. You can also email info@taglabpro.com and we will help.

7. How long we keep data

  • Active accounts: we keep your data while your account exists.
  • Locked accounts (trial ended or plan not renewed): we keep your data so you can come back, unless you ask us to delete it.
  • Deleted accounts: we delete your online data within 30 days of your request.
  • Payment records: we may keep invoices and payment records for as long as the law requires, even after account deletion.
  • Backups: deleted data may stay in backups for a short time before they are overwritten.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of your data;
  • correct wrong data;
  • delete your data or your whole account;
  • stop or limit certain uses of your data.

You can also export your reports yourself in the app (PDF or Excel). To make a request, email info@taglabpro.com from your account email. We will answer within 30 days. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

9. Children

TagLab Pro accounts are for coaches. You must be 16 or older to create an account. Anyone under 16 needs a parent or guardian to create and manage the account. Young players may appear in data added by coaches; see section 6.

10. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and similar browser storage, needed to keep you signed in, remember your settings and make the app work offline. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Because these are necessary for the app to work, we do not show a cookie banner.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limit access to your data. No system is 100% secure, so please use a strong password and keep your login safe. If a security problem affects your data, we will tell you as required by law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make important changes, we will tell you in the app or by email.
